🗺️ Tour Itinerary – Snorkel Adventure to Isla Mujeres
Your exciting adventure begins at our designated meeting point, whether you've selected the round-trip transportation option or prefer to arrive on your own. The excursion begins at your chosen time or according to availability.
Upon arrival at our departure dock located on Carretera Punta Sam (known as the Ultracarga Pier), our concierge will welcome you and assist with check-in. While the boat is being prepared, we’ll provide a detailed briefing about the tour.
Pro tip: If you have breakfast at your accommodation, keep it light to avoid discomfort during the boat ride.
Once the group is ready, we'll begin boarding. On board, our friendly crew will greet you and provide all the necessary equipment for your first activity. As the captain begins navigating, our guide will explain all safety measures, including the mandatory use of life jackets during the boat ride and in marine parks.

🏖️ First Stop: Playa Norte
We’ll head first to Playa Norte, where our team will prepare a delicious ceviche along with traditional Mexican guacamole. You'll enjoy this paradise-like setting, perfect for relaxing in the sun, walking along the shore, and swimming in shallow, crystal-clear waters.
Ideal for families and safe for children.
Time at Playa Norte: 45 minutes to 2 hours
💧 Complimentary water, Coca-Cola, and Mexican beer are included onboard.

🐟 Second Stop: El Farito Reef
A well-known reef and a favorite among travelers. Here, you’ll see a variety of marine species and a few statues placed to encourage coral growth. Enjoy time to swim, observe, and explore under the guidance and care of our team.

🤿 Third Stop: Underwater Museum (MUSA)
Next, we’ll navigate to the famous Underwater Museum of Art, where you'll snorkel among submerged sculptures and marine life.
Snorkeling time: Up to 45 minutes (weather permitting)
Our guide will be with you at all times to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

🏙️ Final Stop: Isla Mujeres Downtown
We’ll head North and disembark in the heart of Isla Mujeres. Here, you'll have time to relax, explore the charming town, and shop for souvenirs from local artisans.
If you've selected the optional land tour and buffet meal, our team will accompany and guide you throughout.

🚤 Return Trip
After your free time downtown, we’ll return to the departure point. The boat ride back takes approximately 30 to 50 minutes.
Have your camera ready to capture unforgettable moments!
If you wish to stay longer in Isla Mujeres, you may disembark and return to Cancún on your own via ferry (ferry tickets not included).
