ITINERARY
The tour begins at the designated marina, sailing through the hotel zone lagoon toward Cancún Bay. Under the guidance of our captain, we will head to Isla Mujeres.
The first activity will be snorkeling in Garrafon Cove. The duration of this activity will depend on the package selected.
After snorkeling, we will weigh anchor and head toward Punta Norte, exploring Isla Mujeres Bay until we reach the beach club. Here, you will have the opportunity to swim or enjoy the beach briefly.
If you wish to visit a restaurant, it is important to coordinate with the captain to establish a detailed itinerary that fits with the boat rental schedule. To disembark at a restaurant, it is recommended to request onboard service. This will allow the restaurant to deliver your meal so you can enjoy the sea without wasting time. However, the final decision is in your hands.
Once the stop at the beach club is over, we will return to the marina, enjoying the scenery and sea breeze of the Mexican Caribbean. During the tour, you can relax, take photos, and experience unique moments in the company of your loved ones.

Finalizing Your Booking
Once you select your group size or package, a form with your personal information will appear. Here you will need to provide your details to complete the booking and receive a confirmation email with a summary, which includes:
- Number of participants.
- Booking date.
- Amount due.
- Selected activity.
The remaining balance can be paid one day before the excursion or before boarding.

With the private service, you will have the exclusive advantage of having all the comforts reserved only for you and your guests.
Our reservation system allows you to make advance reservations to ensure availability on the desired date, thus guaranteeing the reservation of space for your guests.
To add round-trip transportation and food, please request information before making your reservation.
In case of total cancellation or no-show, there will be no refund, nor can it be rescheduled for the next date. This option will only be available by paying and confirming the reservation.
Of course, you can add food, an open bar with domestic drinks, golf carts for a land tour on Isla Mujeres, or you can bring your own food and beverages.
You can hire your own chef; this will be added to your service and may incur additional charges, including dock fees.
