ITINERARY
Upon boarding this magnificent yacht, you'll enjoy incredible service and a full range of entertainment, making it a worthwhile choice.
Once at the marina, our team will warmly welcome you and escort you aboard our superb Sunseeker. The welcome will be fully personalized, beginning with a refreshing drink before boarding, followed by a presentation and explanation of maritime regulations by our captain. We then set sail for Isla Mujeres, following the itinerary outlined in your chosen package.
Whether the excursion lasts 4, 5, 6, or 8 hours, we will adhere to the standard itinerary. To extend the tour, please request an extension one hour prior to the end of the tour to allow for adjustments to the scheduled activities.
The first activity will be a visit to a shipwreck, a site of great marine biodiversity, followed by sea turtle watching at an open-air sanctuary between Cancún and Isla Mujeres. Next, we'll head to Punta Sur for freediving, strictly adhering to maritime safety regulations. The duration of this activity will vary depending on the package selected. Afterward, we'll sail to Punta Norte, enjoying panoramic views of the Mexican Caribbean and exploring the island's lagoon, weather permitting.
At Playa Norte, you can enjoy the remaining time of your package, swimming around the boat, strolling along the beach, and enjoying a refreshing drink.
Our team will be attentive at all times to ensure your complete satisfaction.
At the end of the trip, our concierge will offer you two options: visit downtown Isla Mujeres for shopping or stay at Playa Norte to further enjoy the sea. The final decision is yours. Our concierge will inform you of the return time to the departure point.

Pricing and Booking Information

To book, click the “Check Availability” button. A calendar will appear where you can choose your preferred date. Once you have selected a date, you will need to decide whether you wish to book or pay for the entire tour.
To pay by bank transfer, select the bank button so the system can provide you with the transaction receipt.
- If you choose to book in advance, select the number of participants. The system will automatically display the booking price; the price will not change based on the number selected.
- If you choose to pay for the entire tour, simply select the package once to register it correctly as a single payment.
Finalizing Your Booking
Once you select your group size or package, a form with your personal information will appear. Here you will need to provide your details to complete the booking and receive a confirmation email with a summary, which includes:
Number of participants.
Booking date.
Amount due.
Selected activity.
Payment information.
The remaining balance can be paid one day before the excursion or before boarding.

Our reservation system allows you to make advance reservations to ensure availability on the desired date, thus guaranteeing the reservation of space for your guests.
To add round-trip transportation and food, please request information before making your reservation.
In case of total cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued, nor can the reservation be rescheduled for another date. This option will only be available after payment and confirmation of a new reservation.
