Upon arrival at our departure dock on Carretera Punta Sam—also known as the ultracargo ferry terminal—our team will welcome you, proceed with check-in, and provide important details about the tour.

🚤 Boarding & Safety Briefing
Once aboard, you’ll receive a warm welcome and all necessary equipment. As the captain receives weather updates and begins navigation, our guide will explain the safety protocols—life jackets are mandatory while navigating and swimming in marine parks.
🐢 Turtle Sanctuary & Photo Opportunity
While sailing, we’ll explore a natural turtle sanctuary, offering a great chance to capture unforgettable photos. It’s likely to spot turtles here in their natural habitat.
🤿 Snorkeling Adventure (El Farito or Underwater Museum)
Next, we’ll head to one of Isla Mujeres’ top snorkeling sites—El Farito Reef or the Underwater Museum (MUSA), depending on the package you selected.

At El Farito, you’ll admire colorful marine life and tropical fish.

At MUSA, you’ll see various marine species and artistic sculptures designed to support coral growth.
You’ll have plenty of time to swim, explore, and enjoy this marine ecosystem.
🏖️ Playa Norte & Fresh Ceviche Experience
After snorkeling, we’ll cruise toward Isla Mujeres. Depending on your package, we’ll either:

Begin a golf cart tour around the island, or

Anchor at Playa Norte, a stunning paradise with shallow, crystal-clear waters—perfect for families and ideal for children.
You’ll have about 45 minutes to relax, swim, or stroll along the shore. During this time, our crew will prepare fresh fish ceviche and traditional guacamole—a flavorful highlight of this sunny, beachside experience.
Drinks onboard include bottled water, Gatorade, and Mexican beer.
🍽️ Beach Club & Buffet Lunch
We’ll then head south to a private beach club, where you can enjoy a delicious regional buffet lunch. Relax on beach loungers or take photos with nurse sharks while our team handles logistics.
After the meal, we’ll inform you of the remaining time before heading back to the boat.

⛵ Return Journey
Before boarding, our staff will remind everyone of the importance of life jackets for a safe and responsible return. The journey back to the dock takes approximately 35–40 minutes.
