Day 1 :

Tour to Isla Mujeres

The service begins with a welcome at the scheduled times of 08:30 a.m.

The itinerary begins with passenger check-in and a welcome at the selected meeting point, either from the API dock in Punta Sam, Cancun, or directly on Isla Mujeres. Once on board, the vessel will set sail for Isla Contoy National Park, beginning a journey through the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean.

During the voyage, a strategic stop will be made at Ixlaché Reef, where guests can enjoy a guided snorkeling experience to observe the biodiversity of the second largest barrier reef in the world.

After the snorkeling activity, we will continue sailing to Isla Contoy, a protected and uninhabited natural sanctuary. Upon disembarking, a guided tour of the island will take place, including a visit to the local museum, nature trails, and the main viewpoint for observing exotic birds. This tour will last approximately three hours. Afterward, visitors will have free time to relax on the pristine beaches before enjoying a traditional lunch prepared on the island.

The day continues with the transfer to Isla Mujeres, where a technical stop will be made to explore the island's picturesque center and the famous Playa Norte area.
Passengers will have the opportunity to stroll through its streets, shop, or simply enjoy the local atmosphere before final boarding.
The service concludes with the return voyage to the marina of origin, providing one last opportunity to admire the seascape before disembarking.
Those wishing to disembark permanently on Isla Mujeres should consult with the captain.

Upon returning to the meeting point, our service will have concluded. Our staff will accompany you to your transportation or the port terminal.

If you choose to book in advance, select the number of participants. The system will automatically display the booking price; the price will not change based on the number selected.
If you choose to pay for the entire tour, simply select the package once to register it correctly as a single payment.

What happens if I cancel or change the dates of my excursion?

In case of total cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued, nor can the reservation be rescheduled for another date. This option will only be available after payment and confirmation of a new reservation.
