ITINERARY
The service begins with a welcome at the scheduled times of 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Whether boarding is from Cancún or directly from Isla Mujeres, the vessel will depart from the selected meeting point to navigate the bay that connects both destinations, offering privileged panoramic views of the Mexican Caribbean from the very beginning.
Under the guidance of our experienced captain and crew, we will head to strategic points within the marine park. The first activity will be a full dive in the area known as El Faro, a site renowned for its biodiversity and crystal-clear waters, ideal for an extended snorkeling session. Participants will be able to explore the reefs and marine life with specialized equipment and the constant assistance of our guides.
After completing this stage, the journey will continue to the Underwater Museum of Art (MUSA), where guests will have the opportunity to swim in the area of the marine park known as Manchones, weather and safety conditions permitting.
Afterward, the tour continues through the bay's stunning scenery to an exclusive beach club. Here, the crew will assist you, ensuring your comfort and privacy during your meal. Following your meal, and in coordination with the crew, a specific time will be arranged for you to reboard the vessel.
Finally, the return journey to the marina will begin. During the return trip, guests can relax, capture memorable moments of the Caribbean landscape, and enjoy the onboard amenities. The service concludes with disembarkation at your home marina, culminating in a memorable day at sea with the assistance of highly trained professionals.

To book, click the “Check Availability” button. A calendar will appear where you can choose your preferred date. Once you have selected a date, you will need to decide whether you wish to book or pay for the entire tour.
To pay by bank transfer, select the bank button so the system can provide you with the transaction receipt.
- If you choose to book in advance, select the number of participants. The system will automatically display the booking price; the price will not change based on the number selected.
- If you choose to pay for the entire tour, simply select the package once to register it correctly as a single payment.
Finalizing Your Booking
Once you select your group size or package, a form with your personal information will appear. Here you will need to provide your details to complete the booking and receive a confirmation email with a summary, which includes:
Number of participants.
Booking date.
Amount due.
Selected activity.
Payment information.
The remaining balance can be paid one day before the excursion or before boarding.

This snorkeling service lasts 4 hours from Isla Mujeres, and 6 hours from Cancun.
It is completely shared, however we do offer private tours
With the private service, you will have the exclusive advantage of having all the comforts reserved only for you and your guests, which includes the group of 10 or more passengers and the opportunity to enjoy more time to swim
Our reservation system allows you to make advance reservations to ensure availability on the desired date, thus guaranteeing the reservation of space for your guests.
To add round-trip transportation, please request information before making your booking.
In case of total cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued, nor can the reservation be rescheduled for another date. This option will only be available after payment and confirmation of a new reservation.
