ITINERARY
Upon arrival at our dock,
our team will greet you directly in the parking lot, assist you with your luggage, and escort you to the boarding area. Before boarding, we will briefly explain the transfer and safety procedures, and confirm any special preferences. All this without long lines or waiting.
Upon boarding our vessel,
the crew will welcome you with a refreshing drink and the personalized attention you deserve. We will ensure your comfort, offer music, and prepare you to begin your journey to Isla Mujeres.
The trip can last between 20 and 25 minutes,
depending on weather conditions. During the journey, travelers will enjoy a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea in a private and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for photos and videos.
Arrival is directly at the main dock of the client's hotel or accommodation (subject to availability). The crew will assist you with disembarkation and luggage, and the exact return trip time will be confirmed, if the service is round-trip.

Choose between booking or purchasing your maritime transport, with round trip.
Package – Round-trip boat transfer from Cancun to Isla Mujeres and/or vice versa (1 to 6 passengers). Maximum 15 people with an additional cost per person.
Duration: 20 to 30 minutes depending on the pick-up marina.
Destinations: Marina Sea blue, API Playa Mujeres Pier, Puerto Cancun, Calinda Bridge in the Hotel Zone.
Includes: 1 drink per person (Beer, Bottled Water, Soft Drink).

Below you will find the price list for the general public.
To book, click the “Check Availability” button. A calendar will appear where you can choose your preferred date. Once you have selected a date, you will need to decide whether you wish to book or pay for the entire tour.
To pay by bank transfer, select the bank button so the system can provide you with the transaction receipt.
- If you choose to book in advance, select the number of participants. The system will automatically display the booking price; the price will not change based on the number selected.
- If you choose to pay for the entire tour, simply select the package once to register it correctly as a single payment.
Finalizing Your Booking
Once you select your group size or package, a form with your personal information will appear. Here you will need to provide your details to complete the booking and receive a confirmation email with a summary, which includes:
Number of participants.
Booking date.
Amount due.
Selected activity.
Payment information.
The remaining balance can be paid one day before the excursion or before boarding.

The estimated time is a maximum of 2 hours and 50 minutes, but it depends on the weather or the boat.
Yes, we offer this service, although we haven’t yet promoted it to the general public, but it is available.
Sea and land transport services are quoted separately. However, you can book using the “Book with transport” button. The number of passengers is the same as the sea transport package (6 passengers).
In case of partial or total cancellation, or no-show, a penalty will be applied to the deposit per person, and no refund will be issued. The reservation cannot be rescheduled for the next available date. This option will only be available after payment and confirmation of a new reservation.
