Is the transfer private or shared?

Completely private, although we offer the option of sharing the service. Only with the authorization of the main passengers.

What is the difference between a private or shared transfer?

Privately, you have the comfort for your family and friends. With the shared service, nothing is limited; you simply share privacy.

Can I reserve in advance?

Our system allows you to make your reservation in advance to guarantee availability and block the key date of your transfer.

How long does the transfer from Cancun or Isla Mujeres to Isla Holbox take?

The estimated time is a maximum of 2 hours and 50 minutes, but it depends on the weather or the boat.

Do they offer this service to Isla Holbox?

Yes, we offer this service, although we haven’t yet promoted it to the general public, but it is available.

How can I combine my land transport with the water transport?

Sea and land transport services are quoted separately. However, you can book using the “Book with transport” button. The number of passengers is the same as the sea transport package (6 passengers).

What happens if I cancel or change the dates of my transport?

In case of partial or total cancellation, or no-show, a penalty will be applied to the deposit per person, and no refund will be issued. The reservation cannot be rescheduled for the next available date. This option will only be available after payment and confirmation of a new reservation.
