ITINERARY
From where the boat will depart and cruise through the lagoon of the hotel zone toward the bay of Cancún. Under the guidance of our experienced captain, we will head to Isla Mujeres (applicable for packages of 6 hours or more), where the first activity will be snorkeling or anchoring in the shallow sandbanks, depending on the weather. This activity will take place in the beautiful Garrafón cove. The duration of this experience will vary depending on the selected package.
After the thrilling snorkeling session, we will sail toward Punta Norte, exploring the picturesque bay of Isla Mujeres until we arrive at an exclusive beach club. Here, you'll have the opportunity to swim or enjoy a short break on the beach. If you wish to visit a restaurant, it is essential to coordinate with the captain to establish a detailed itinerary that aligns with the boat rental time.
To facilitate disembarking at a restaurant and avoid wasting time, we recommend ordering food for onboard service, allowing the restaurant to deliver the meal so you can enjoy the sea without delay. However, the final decision is entirely up to you.
After the beach club stop, we will return to the marina, delighting in the exquisite scenery and refreshing Caribbean sea breeze.

Pricing and Booking Information

To book, click the “Check Availability” button. A calendar will appear where you can choose your preferred date. Once you have selected a date, you will need to decide whether you wish to book or pay for the entire tour.
To pay by bank transfer, select the bank button so the system can provide you with the transaction receipt.
- If you choose to book in advance, select the number of participants. The system will automatically display the booking price; the price will not change based on the number selected.
- If you choose to pay for the entire tour, simply select the package once to register it correctly as a single payment.
Finalizing Your Booking
Once you select your group size or package, a form with your personal information will appear. Here you will need to provide your details to complete the booking and receive a confirmation email with a summary, which includes:
Number of participants.
Booking date.
Amount due.
Selected activity.
Payment information.
The remaining balance can be paid one day before the excursion or before boarding.

The time of the activity will depend on the package purchased, 4, 6, or 8 hours.
This activity is completely private.
The private service will have the exclusive advantage of having all the amenities reserved just for you and your guests.
Our reservation system allows you to make advance reservations to ensure availability on the desired date, thus guaranteeing the reservation of space for your guests.
To add round-trip transportation, please request information before making your booking.
In case of total cancellation or no-show, no refund will be issued, nor can the reservation be rescheduled for another date. This option will only be available after payment and confirmation of a new reservation.
Of course, you can add food, an open bar with domestic drinks, golf carts for a land tour on Isla Mujeres, or you can bring your own food and beverages.
You can hire your own chef; this will be added to your service and may incur additional charges, including dock fees.
